Affiliate relationships don’t determine our recommendations

We aim to recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation options, activities and travel products based on their usefulness to travelers — not because a company pays us a commission.

Some providers or products we discuss may have an affiliate relationship with Roamori, while others may not.

Where appropriate, affiliate links or commercial relationships will be disclosed so travelers can understand when Roamori may benefit financially from a booking or purchase.

Sponsored placements are different

Affiliate links and sponsored placements are not the same thing.

An affiliate relationship may allow Roamori to earn a commission when a traveler chooses to book or purchase something through a link.

If a company pays Roamori for content, placement or promotion, we will clearly identify that content or placement as sponsored or otherwise disclose the commercial relationship.

Our editorial approach

Commercial relationships should not determine Roamori’s editorial conclusions.

Our goal is to explain the options, trade-offs and practical details that help travelers make their own decisions.

A provider does not need to have an affiliate relationship with Roamori to be discussed or recommended.

Likewise, the existence of an affiliate relationship does not guarantee that a provider will be recommended.

What this means for you

Using an affiliate link is optional. You can always visit a provider directly.

Our goal is simple: you should be able to tell when Roamori is making an editorial recommendation and when a commercial relationship exists.
